Delivery
The average delivery time is 2-10 working days, depending on availability.
We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times but Capranea is not responsible for any delivery delays.
Returns and Exchanges
If your item is eligible for a return, you may request a return authorization within 14 days from the shipping date by emailing info@capranea.com (EU/Swiss), or cristina@progressionbrands.com (US). Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your email inquiry. Any requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
The shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.

The parcel must be identified with the sender’s information (full name, address, and order number). Any parcel that cannot be identified will not be accepted. Please note the Waybill Number so that you may track your return. Once we have received the returned item(s), you will be sent a confirmation email from Customer Service.
