When choosing the right size for your CAPRANEA products simply use our size chart. You can measure yourself and find out what size fits you best.
We need some time to process your order. Depending on the warehouse stock, the delivery will take between two and ten working days.
We work with DHL to ship our products.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 300 CHF. For orders below 300 CHF we charge 6.95 CHF.
If an article doesn’t fit or doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it in its original packaging within 14 business days from the date of receipt at your own risk. You can use the enclosed return label for this purpose.
1. Put back the articles in their original packaging.
2. Stick the enclosed retour label on the package.
3. Drop off the package at the post office.
4. We will check and process your return. Please note that it may take some time to process your return. As soon as we have processed your return, you will be informed by e-mail. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days.
If you return items, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible. All returned merchandise is checked for faultless condition. The reimbursement can be made after that.
