Definitely. CAPRANEA combines «urban lifestyle» with «refined skiwear».  CAPRANEA products are fashionable because of atypical material combinations. Nevertheless CAPRANEA products are designed to meet the highest demands of active ski athletes.


How can I delete my account?

How can I determine which size will fit me best?
When choosing the right size for your CAPRANEA products simply use our size chart. You can measure yourself and find out what size fits you best.


Do I need to set up an account to place an order online?
Yes, you have to set up an account to complete your purchase at CAPRANEA. You can register now or later in the shopping cart.


I forgot my password.

No problem. If you forgot your password, simply click on the «Forgot your password?» link and enter the email address you registered with us. We will send you an email with your registred password right away.


What payment methods does CAPRANEA accept?
You can pay via PayPal. By using PayPal you will be transferred to the external PayPal website. Then, you will have to either login again (if you have used PayPal earlier) or you will have to register (if you are using PayPal for the first time).
In the near future we will consider offering more payment methods.



What is the estimated shipping time?
We need some time to process your order. Depending on your country and the warehouse stock, the delivery will take between two and ten working days.


Which shipping service is used for my order?
We work with DHL, UPS and GLS. The shipping company we work with depends on the country of destination.


What are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 250 CHF. For orders below 250 CHF we charge 6 CHF.



Can I return an article?
If an article doesn’t fit or doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it in its original packaging within 14 business days from the date of receipt at your own cost and risk.


How do I return an article?
1. Go on our website: and log in with your account.

2. Enter your reference number in your account (to be find on the delivery note). Your order will be shown.
3. Choose the article you would like to return and let us know the reason. The system will give you a return number. Please write this number into the provided field on the second page of the delivery note.
4. Put this letter into the box with your articles and send it back to us. You will find the delivery address on the second page of the delivery note.

Please note that the process of your return may take some time. As soon as we have processed your return order you will get informed by email. The refund will be made in less than 30 days for orders made with PayPal.


How do I get a refund in the event of a return?
If you send something back for a refund, the amount will appear as a credit to your PayPal account as soon as possible. All returned merchandise is checked for faultless condition. The reimbursement can be made after that.
